As an entrepreneur, life often feels like an endless race — meetings, pitches, decision-making, and managing crises. The thrill of building a dream can be consuming, but there’s a cost. Often, health becomes the first casualty. Yet, the irony is that success feels hollow if you lack the energy or health to enjoy it.
I know this firsthand. In the early days of building my company, I worked 18–20 hours a day, skipping meals and ignoring exercise. The drive to succeed overshadowed everything else. Eventually, my body protested — constant fatigue, recurring illnesses, and mental fog became my reality. It was a wake-up call that no achievement could compensate for deteriorating health.
