For first-time founders, the excitement is real, the stakes are high, and the journey is filled with uncharted waters. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated through the thrilling yet tumultuous seas of entrepreneurship, launching multiple startups, some of which flourished, while others crashed and burned. As a first-time founder, the odds are often stacked against you. In fact, according to various studies, around 90% of startups fail. But why do so many founders stumble? Here, I share my firsthand experiences and key mistakes that first-time entrepreneurs should avoid to survive and thrive in this challenging landscape.
