Layak Singh I build for markets that software has mostly walked past.
I have been starting companies since I was at IIT Kharagpur. The last one, Artivatic.ai, was an AI platform for insurance and health; it was acquired by RenewBuy in February 2022 and I still advise the leadership team. Before that there were dating and education products, one of which, DateIITians, is where the matching engine that became Artivatic started life.
What I am building now is DharmikVibes, a devotional technology group in Gurugram: the software underneath how India actually practises, from darshan and puja to pandits, pilgrimage and daily reading. Several hundred million people organise their year around this, and almost none of it has ever been built properly.
Nineteen years, six companies, one exit

What I am building
A spiritual ecosystem, not an app.
DharmikVibes is DIVVIB Lifestyle Private Limited, incorporated in Gurugram in 2024. Underneath sits one spine: one identity, one catalogue, one ledger. On top are the things a devotee actually needs on a yatra: darshan, a bed near the temple, the way there, a guide who knows the rules, daily practice, the puja kit. And around it, a fair, on-time economy for the pandits, guides, drivers, hotels and small partners who make it real.
The apps are the visible tenth. The rest is verifying pandits, mapping temples and their rules, and settling money to thousands of small partners on time.

I read everything that is addressed to a person rather than to a list. Investors, journalists, temples and travel operators, and companies looking for an advisor are all on the contact page.
